Orders & Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available yet, but we’re actively preparing to expand in the near future. Our first international destinations will include Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

For U.S. orders
All U.S. orders are shipped out from our U.S. Warehouse. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note: Orders shipping to off-shore destinations such as Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and U.S. territories may experience longer delivery times — up to 14 business days — due to extended carrier transit schedules.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door. During holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods, carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
For international orders
All international orders are shipped out from our China Warehouse. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. On average, international orders arrive within 5–14 business days once shipped. However, delays may occur due to customs processing, local carrier handling, or regional disruptions, and in some cases delivery may take up to 21 business days.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, or fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your product price.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its journey. During holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods, delivery times may be extended beyond our control.
Please reach out to us at customercare@muddipet.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes or cancel your order before it ships — but once it's been processed and handed off to the carrier, we can’t guarantee any modifications.
For orders made directly on muddipet.com:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or if an item is missing, please contact us at customercare@muddipet.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
- Missing and incorrect items are eligible for a refund.
- Damaged items will typically be replaced, but in some cases — such as severe damage — a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
- We’re unable to accept returns that include used products. If your order included a promotional gift or was purchased as a kit, all items must be returned in unused and unopened condition to receive a full refund. If any component is missing, opened, or used, we reserve the right to deduct the value of that item from your refund.
For returns of eligible, unopened items, please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
International orders:
We accept returns of eligible, unopened products for international customers. However, all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We kindly ask international customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please reach out to them directly for support, as we’re unable to process those returns.
Note: Orders flagged as fraudulent or associated with suspicious activity are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement. Muddi Pet reserves the right to cancel or deny service to protect the integrity of our systems and policies.
Product & Ingredients
It’s a rinse-free cleansing solution that gently lifts away dirt, oils, and odors using a warm towel — no rinse, no mess. Designed for those in-between moments when a full bath isn’t needed, the serum is made with 98,65% naturally derived ingredients inspired by clean beauty standards.
Each formula is enriched with botanicals like aloe, oat, calendula, cica, licorice root, and chamomile to help keep skin soothed and coats soft, plus vitamin E for added nourishment. We leave out harsh sulfates, parabens, and dyes — so you can feel good about what touches your pet’s skin.
Our serum offers a deeper, more effective cleanse while staying gentle on skin. It doesn’t leave residue behind — and it requires no rinse. Just a few minutes with a warm towel turns a routine chore into a calming, bonding ritual.
Each serum is thoughtfully made with functional, skin-loving ingredients like oat, aloe, calendula, cica, chamomile, vitamin E, and other gentle botanicals to soothe, hydrate, and support skin recovery. We leave out harsh detergents, parabens, and drying alcohols — always. You can view the full ingredient list on each product’s detail page.
Our formulas are thoughtfully developed with mild surfactants and skin-soothing botanicals, and they’re free from common irritants. However, if your pet has a known allergy or very reactive skin, we always recommend checking the ingredient list and consulting your vet if unsure.
